Everything on this site — charts, dashas, matchmaking scores, muhurta windows, the Ask tool, Varshphal and the Baby Name finder — is offered as classical Vedic astrology guidance for reflection. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.

Astrology is a belief system, not an empirical science, and results are interpretive. We do not promise any specific outcome from following this guidance, and we never use words such as "guarantee", "assured results" or "miracle" to describe what our reports or recommendations can do for you.

We only store your birth data (name, date, time and place of birth) when you explicitly choose to save it — for example, by creating a saved profile. Where such storage happens on our servers rather than solely in your browser, we ask for your explicit consent before saving it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

Purpose: birth data you save is used only to generate the astrological reports and calculators you request, and to let you revisit them without re-entering the details each time.

Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.

Grievance officer / contact: for any privacy question, correction, deletion or grievance, write to vikas@bcyberaware.co.in.

Children's data: where birth data is submitted for a person under 18 (for example, for a baby name or child's chart), we require verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian before that data is stored. We do not use children's data for behavioural tracking or targeted advertising.

App links: if you access this site through our Android app (TWA), note that the Digital Asset Links (assetlinks.json) fingerprint currently published is a placeholder pending final app signing, and will be updated before the app's public release.

All calculators and reports on this site are currently free of charge. This section will govern any paid reports or consultations we introduce in the future.

For future paid reports: if a paid report fails to generate or is materially defective due to an error on our part, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by writing to vikas@bcyberaware.co.in with your order details. Because paid reports are generated specifically for the birth details you provide, refunds are not available simply because you disagree with an astrological interpretation — only for a genuine technical or delivery failure.
